Ollie the organic octopus soft toy is part of Best Years seaside Scandi toy range. Made from knitted organic cotton that is sustainably sourced and stuffed with recycled polyester. Babies and young children love octopus toys as the tentacles are easy to grasp and can act as comforters.

Babies have delicate skin, especially premature babies because their dermis - which is the last layer of skin - is not completely formed. Organic cotton is gentle and kinder to a baby's skin.

There is less of a chance of baby developing skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and skin allergies. It is mould resistant and antimicrobial too.

Better quality and longer lasting
Because the fibres have not been damaged by chemicals during production, the quality of the cotton is superior. Therefore, clothing made from organic cotton should last longer than those made of conventional cotton.

For environmentally conscious shoppers there's no doubt that choosing to buy organic cotton clothing is better for the world. Organic cotton farming is less polluting, uses less energy and water, and the health of workers is also not compromised.
