Parcel is delayed?
Royal Mail delays are typically very rare but if you are affected we are sorry and appreciate your patience. If the delay is more than a couple of days, please do contact us and we'll do all we can to help.

We welcome phone calls, but if you genuinely don't mind waiting up to a couple of hours for a response to your query please email or message us instead. Minimising incoming phone calls means we don't need to outsource to a Call Centre; keeping our costs down and prices low and enabling us to offer a more personal service. It's a win-win!
